The Sunday Breakfast 

 

Once a month the village church holds an informal service in the hall over breakfast, it is suitable for all ages including children from within the local area.

 

A cooked breakfast is provided from 9:00am consisting of tea or coffee plus cereal and bacon butties, toast and marmalade. The breakfast tables have a quiz based on the theme for the month. This allows newcomers to develop new friendships and be welcomed into the local community. After breakfast there is a short pause for thought and prayers also based on the theme. Craft activities are provided for children.
