Pilates

Pilates is a physical fitness system developed in the early 20th century by Joseph Pilates.

"Pilates is intended to improve flexibility, build strength and develop control and endurance in the entire body."

Pilates classes are held on Thursdays. The sessions run from 5 - 6 pm and are for all abilities from beginners to advanced practitioners. They are conducted by Anne Tully (a trained Pilates Instructor) and  the charge is £9 per one hour session.
