We recently held the AGM of Henton Village Hall Trust. It was quite well attended and those who came gave the trustees quite a few ideas for things we could do at the hall in the future. There was a widespread feeling that it would be nice to have more social events arranged for local residents. Several people mentioned having more activities for children and young people. Amongst the suggestions were: 5-a-side football or other sporting opportunities, video-gaming challenge session (with dads maybe), and perhaps seasonal parties for the younger children. Suggestions for the adults included sports ideas and having music and quiz nights. What do you think? The Trustees really want to know.
